Today’s summer slasher is an interesting one. It’s fun, don’t get me wrong. But it’s goofy as hell. I went in expecting a classic, 70’s slasher film, but got something very different. Sure, you have your terrifying (and they ARE terrifying) slasher moments, but then you have this really goofy, out-of-place comedy and slo-mo car chases. Either way, it’s a very enjoyable film.
